Song: Let me feel your oxygen

Help me identify this song: I don't know the artist or the album or very many of the lyrics and those that I do remember might be incorrect. I believe I saw a music video for the song. Everything I know follows:

Many years ago when I was a kid I saw a music video for a song on TV (maybe Much Music??) - this would be in the mid-late 90s.

The video was really dark and trippy and featured a woman in some robes or a dress or something singing this really haunting and melancholy song. I guess it was pop but it might also be identified as rock or electronic: I don't remember the details.

The lyrics I remember went something like this:

"In a land of illusion and mistery..."
"Let me feel your oxygen..." and then "Let me feel your breat again."

Please, please, help me identify this song. I have dreams about it. Unless I just composed a song I want to know what this is. I have done a ton of searching on the 'net and I haven't come up with anything.

This song is VERY hard to find. I understand that Vertigo remixed the song, and one version thereof - the vocal mix - is what I'm looking for.

The CD single is rare and I've ordered it but there are actually like 20 different version - of this rare obscure remix single : /

Does anyone know any more details on this song, where to find it, etc.
