Need help with this song...

I don't know the title... (duh)... and all I know of the lyrics are "I swear I'm not". I know it's a red-haired guy who sings the song. In the music video, his red hair is longish, and I think he has a lip piercing. Don't hold me to that, because I could be wrong. This song was on MTV a lot for a couple of months - it's where I first heard the song, as a matter of fact. I used to know who sang the song, but I forgot. I've done a bunch of lyric searches, but can't find the song I'm looking for. If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated.
