Can anybody help me find the title of this classic punk rock song?

I've been trying for the longest to find the title of a classic punk rock song that I just can't get out of my head. All I know is that this song is very wild and uptempo -- as many of the hardcore punk rock songs of the 1980s often were. I'm pretty sure this song was made in 1983-84. And I'm pretty sure this song was made by either the Misfits or the Vandals -- I could be wrong, though. I do know one thing for sure.... The chorus, or what seems to be the chorus of this song goes like this: "She's quite a girl." "She's quite a girl." "She's quite a girl." She's quite a gal!!!"
