I heard this in one of the MTV Date my mom episodes.

The lyrics go:

"Come on over here, come on over here" or it could be "Come around here, come around here"

"Its alright, alright"

It was sung by a guy probably in the indie-rock genre.

P.S: I tried googling the lyrics and its definitely not James Brown.
