Some fast pase techno/acid?

iam trying to find this song thats a very fast pase or actually it goes from slow to fast very fast, techno, blow whistle type. it has like a chirp of a blow whistle through the whole song, all the rhymes or the main rhyme through the whole song is that whistle,it whisltes slow at first and then gradually speeeds up and itls like wow. it actually grows from a low pitch chirp to a high pitch chirp. sorry my writing is like on and on iam trying to do this quick (iam on a timer)
