Longshot (fast bagpipe)

Ok this is a loooong shot, but i've been looking for this song for like 4 years.

So the song starts out with just a repetitive bagpipe topline. Then like after a while a nice beat starts with the bagpipe playing on top. It had almost a techno-ish feel to it. I also remember that the album it was in was kinda white and had other celtic songs in it, though none of them were as modern sounding as this one.

Any shred of information about any song that could possibly be what i'm talking about will be Greatly Appreciated!
