pretty populr song, somone should know it

Hey guys please help!

Iv'e heard this song on a few TV shows and ads now the chorous basically goes somthing like, 'laaaaay me down, I'm listening.........' It could be 'Pay me now.....' I'm not quite sure I can't quite mke it out. It sounds like a female vocalist.

I know I havn't given much, any ideas?

Don't know, never heard it on commercials myself, just a suggestion. Plus it is a man singing (with fairly high voice though)
