Identify this song

I have a really poor recording of the song on my cell phone but hopefully you guys can figure out the song without me posting it.

The only lyrics I can make out for sure are " I'm going home with someone like you" the a pause"it doest matter what you do "...

It's sung by a male and there is a strong drum beat(almost break beat). He sings it slowly but the beat is preaty quick. At one point it breaks into whistling.
