would anybody know of a dance tune where a jamaican dude sings these lyrics in part, and the song sounds similar to the chorus from dr. kucho - cant stop playing?

also the video for this song is people sitting in their cars possibly on their way to the beach, and doing random stuff, and the camera moves from one car in line to the other
