Song stuck in my head, dont know tune, but have lyrics

I heard this song at work today, it sounds like the guy who sung Lady in Red sung it, but with a bit of a deeper voice. I onyl have to snippets of the lyrics:

...restless heart(s)...
...I can hear you laughing...

I googled this song for a bit, but could find any lyrics with both of those lines in it. It sounds like its from the 80's, and sounds like a love song. Ive searched a lot, to narrow it down for you, its not:

It's not 'Faithfully' by Journey is it? I only say that because I could see how Steve Perry could sound similar to Chris DeBurgh...and it contains the words 'restless heart': YouTube - Journey Faithfully 1983

But it doesn't contain 'I can hear you laughing'...hmmmm....Thinking...
