Ok, so I'm looking for the shiny disco balls song with the main instrument on DJ T - Freemind:

I've seriously downloaded like 10 diff versions of shiny disco balls, none have that beat, but i know theres one out there b/c i heard it on an old friends cd.

Off the top of my head, I'd say the Harry "Choo Choo" Romero remix... The key is finding a copy where someone didn't just relabel the regular mix...
