looking for the name of a rap artist whose song made it big on MTVU

does anyone know the name of the artist and song, this song was a politcal rap song the artist was an overweight white guy with a shaved head, in the it shows him rapping next to the washington monument and other places in Washington D.C. and it shows black and white images of racial injustices that have occured in the past, he's standing behind a podium rapping for a short time as well. This song made it big I think like 4 or 5 months ago, but I saw it played on mtvu a couple months ago. Can anyone help me?
