I´m loosing it...

I have been looking for, what I think is a, theme for over 6 months now and I’m losing my mind. I have tried several sites and forums but I always turn up with nothing. Everybody have heard it but no one can’t figure it out.

Im willing to pay it, if it leeds to who composed it / theme name? Can you help (se link below) or could you give me a new direction.

Don't know the name of it but I'm sure I heard it on a comedy program called "Just for Laughs" [it's like Candid Camera] on BBC TV in England.
