Could you help decode this song?

Could someone help me name this song??

All i can remember from it was the words "you're the only one..." said quite a bit in it. Guess that's what i get for drinking a little too much .

The song was more up beat, seemed somewhat current. I'm pretty confident that the song has a guitar in the background.
