I need help finding out who sings this song.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me find out who sings this song and what it is called. I found the lyrics listed under the Artist 'Brand New' with the title 'Sex Acoustic', yet I don't believe that is it, and I can't seem to find the lyrics anywhere else so I can't find the song not even to download.
