I need to identify this electronic song|part of it added

I know this song is quite famous and i think its pretty old. I recorded a part of the seconds season of "friends" episode 3 i heared it there when chendler call that girl he used to date. its probably not from the original song but it really similar to the original otherwise I wouldnt remembered that song. the record its simialar to the begining of the original track.

I dont know why but i think i heard it on the soundtrack of tekken must be on 4 or 5. could it be?
