Help!!!!!

Ok so I jsut heard this song, this radio station that I listen to is having 90's weekend, so this song is from the 90's and it is rock/alternative.

One of them is either a guy with a really high voice or a girl sining. And they repeat"whats going on alot" and then he or she says " i get so high" and then then it sounds like they repeat " baby" or "maybe" alot.
