Help me identify this song, somebody, please!!

Help me!! There's this song on an old videotape of mine from about 1994, it's playing in my sister's car, I've heard it for years on this old videotape. And I've finally took the time to find out what it is, it's driving me mad as nothing on Google comes up when you put in the lyrics.

If anyone wants to listen to the song I have it right here. Sorry about my brother-in-law and his friend talking over it in the middle, it only lasts for 5 seconds.

The quality is quite poor, so sorry about that. If anyone wants me to try and get a clearer version I will, but I've posted the lyrics with it so hopefully that will help anyway.
