iTunes: Newport Harbor - Get to Know the Cast

*Two things I'm trying to figure out in the download, anyone know...

At 10:25 there's this song that also played in Laguna Beach... Like when they talk about things they do that piano-like song... Like there's different keys played

and most importantly at 10:55 It goes "This is something out of reach..." I can't make out the rest and I've been searching nonstop for what it could be but I can't find it.. Please help!
