Ooo oo ... Wooo oo Please help me with this song

Hi,

I always hear this song on the radio but can never figure out the name of it. In the beginning there is a something like this ooooo oo Whooo oo. Then later there is something like got to be free or something "be free". Its a very catchy song and it is annoying the heck out of me that I can't find out the name. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is the genre of the music?

Pretty sure the vocals are female or at least a female sings them as part of a group, IDK about the genre just pop or something I guess. Its a popular song because I have heard it alot on the radio. But its not like overly into one genre such as rap or rock or electronic etc.

Oh yeah theres also something about "ever" maybe never or forever idk. At first I thought it was waiting for forever to be free but I couldn't find anything
