obscure song - lyrics only

I'm sorry, all I have are the lyrics. I found this on an unmarked mix CD made by someone I don't know. I was able to identify every other song on the CD, but I can't tell you the artist or title or anything. I have searched Google for every string of text I can think of. It is female vocals over acoustic guitar, and probably by some que*r or feminist indie folk singer, as that would be in keeping with the rest of the mix. Here is my transcript of the lyrics:
