Hi. I've been searching for a song.

Female artist, and I'm pretty sure it dates from the early 1960's. One line in the song goes something like this:

"Just like the tide, you're changing"

Possibly a petula clark song but I've not found a match yet. (It isn't 'SAILOR')
Any ideas?
