Song with with an anime video

I'm not sure what the exact lyrics are but the hook is kinda like "if you need to, get back in the arms of a good friend/if you need to, get back in the arms of a girlfriend" or something like that.

I know that video has the band playing the song while clips of some anime video with spaceships and a dude and some alien chick are running around in space and shooting stuff.
