Didnt even hurt - spoken word from 80's

Trying to identify a spoken word song from late 80's I think. It was a sort of slow song, very little lyrics, but I do remember at several points there was a voice saying: "It didnt even hurt!"

Also, there was a man's voice saying something like: "I'm going to take your name. And I'm going to give you his name..."
