Club song - dubba dub?

This is driving me crazy, each time I go to ask the dj what the song is something prevents me from it.

Anyways this song I have been hearing in a lot of gay venues but it's probably popular at the straight clubs to.

All I can say is it sounds like the guy is saying: dub dubba dub a dub dub dub dubba dubba dub dub (i tend to think of scatman when i hear it but its a much better beat)

anyways if anyone has come across the name it would be greatly appreciated!!
