Can sombody pleaseeeeee help me with a song title & artist?

Its a pretty new song sung by a girl in a pop sort if style and the main chorus is "ohhh missbehavvvvinnn dowwwwn in the basementtttt" and in another part shes singing "you'll tie my hands up against the wallllll"

Haha i know thats not much to work with but ive only heard it twice! I really wana get this song for my bday party this weekend but dont know the artist pleaseeeee help!
