Hy,

It sounds like Timbaland but I'm not sure, at least I haven't found any matching Timbalands song. I added a link to listen a part of the song, I can't understand any words because the recording quality is too low. But still I really love this song I heard it on Fashion TV once and that's where i recorded the clip from.
I hope someone can identify the song because I have spent hours trying to do that but with no success.
