Italian pop Song with "pompero" in it

I know it sounds too general, but PLEASE give any ideas you've got.
I am trying to find an italian POP song I heard on the radio from a male singer.
I don't understand italian, but I loved the music. The only phrase I cought was
"poron poron pompero" or something like that... Does anyone have any ideas?

hi, i live in italy from 18years old....and i'm sure that this song isn't italian, but spanish.....i've heard too many time.

ps: sorry but here in italy, even if spanish is't used a lot, its songs here have a greate success...for example...the songs of riky martin, julieta venegas, miguel bosè, shakira...and many others
