Resource to find original composition for commercials and television

I have found that I am not alone to want to find and contact artists who have written original composition for commercials and television. I was wondering if anyone could list some resources to find the writers of these songs that are used in commercials and tv show theme music. A sort of IMDB if you will for the marketing world. Just throwing it out there, let me know if anyone has any resource such as this.

Not sure how "international" these are and whether they are any use to you. I normally get the best info I can from google and other forums, including the IMDB messageboards.
