Please help me identify this dance track that I've had in my head this ages

Hi all

I would like someone to identify this track that I have in my head, which I like. Unforturnately I only know two lines to it and those two lines form part of the chorus. However I'm uncertain of the words to those lines. The two lines are either

"The morning sky . . . (pause with no words), and snow has fallen.
I can't understand why people . . . (more words, which I don't know)"

or

"The morning sun . . . (pause with no words) and the sky has fallen.
I can't understand why people . . . (more words, which I don't know)"

I'm not sure but I think the track was released only a few years ago, I heard it only a few years ago anyway.

I asked the dance DJ from my local radio station but I didn't hear anything back from him.

I'm thinking this track could be a figment of my imagination but I've got a tune in my head that goes with those two lines. If it is a real track would someone please tell me the artist and track title.
