There is this R&B song that I have been racking my brain over. It is from the early 90s I believe. The lyrics for the song is something like this (this may not be accurate!

"Your Mr Turn You Up,
remember me, the man from your fantasy,
Your Mr Turn You Up

and then another part with a guy with a deep voice goes like:

"I'm here to turn you up" a few times

I know it's a stretch, but please try to help me!!
