Hi, I heard this song in a restaurant, I think it is fairly common, but despite using Google, I can't find it. Here are the lyrics I remember. Blank spaces mean a word I don't remember, parenetheses mean I'm not 100% sure of the word, words between quotation marks appear next to each other. Here they are:
"Let's go for a ____, (I) won't let (you) go, follow _____ dream(s)"
"...coming our way!"
Those are all from the chorus. "Coming our way" is at the end of the chorus. Please help me. Also, I think they main instrument *may* be a guitar.

Just heard the song again tonight. The guy plays piano, not guitar. Also, "...coming our way" is wrong. The lyric is "If you still feel that way".
