Trying to identify early 2000's rock song...

This is killing me. It's a song that almost sounds similiar to Good riddance ( or time of your life ) by Greenday. It's acoustic if I can remember correctly. And all I can remember in the video, is that it takes place in some cabin near the woods or something. It's one of those video's of the band just filming themselves. It's a laid back song about enjoying life, i believe.
