2002-2003 possibly black female voice

It's a pop/rap song. The chorus goes something like, "I can't take the "ish" no more. Take your free milk and get out, cause I can't trust you. I'm ridin' high now, so, playa, f--- you." It was played on the pop stations briefly in the early 2000s and I've been looking for it since. That "free milk" part might be totally wrong, but that's what it sounded like she was saying. Thanks for any help you can give.
