I heard this song watching the Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse trailer. If you want to watch it, the song starts right when Alic, Milla jovovich, says 'I've changed my ways.' it's towards the end. Anyway, it's a rock song, possibly a screamer, but not heavily screamer. Its a guy singing and here is a portion of the lyrics
