help name song title and/or artist!

ok so the song is a dance track for like hiphop
it starts out with a man's voice kind of riffing saying, "This is... " and then a silence. and then a heavy beat comes in and at one point they go 4, 3, 2, 1 let's go
and its SOO GOOD AND I NEED IT
