Impossible sound to figure out HELP! video on youtube

during the video he sounds like he has a austrailian accent at one point. i can't find the lyrics anywhere.

Now i have found the lyrics in some bike-fellow's Bebo-account.

But there are only lyrics, and no comment, by who it's singed by.
I bet, it is one of those bands, what that Ollie guy lists as favorite bands next to those lyrics.

I have read the lyrics on the Ollie Mulford , but the lyrics don't match the song. Although 1 part does the rest doesn't match up. The following is the only part that matches:

During the song on youtube the singer definetely says "whisper a little promise , whisper a little pain, whisper...." But in this fella doesn't have the correct lyrics. as he mentions nothing about whispering

Yes yes, I know.
There are different snippets from 5 different songs (he has taken out and written down 5 favorite parts from 5 different songs...), and one of them has your lyrics...
Like the first quote "You want the world to be free. Well what the **** is free about it?" is from Sone Sour's song, and so on.

Can anyone find this singer/song out?
