This song is not on the original soundtrack. It plays in the scenes when tyler and norah first start kinda dating each other (it's playing in the background), right after their first kiss after their party dance routine where Lucy performs (who is drew sidora).
The song sounds like Prince performs it, but I'm not entirely sure. Here are some lyrics I was able to get:
