Question Song with harmonica melody in it...

Hi,

Being from Australia, I have no idea if this song is played abroad, but it is a male artist singing with an acoustic guitar and a harmonica, which he plays a short catchy melody on in between the chorus and the verse.

I've only heard snatches of the song once or twice, but the lyrics are something like "Don't you think its time..." and then the next 2 or 3 lines start with "time for...". Another lyric i remember is "without keeping score..."

There is only a lead singer, no back up vocals or effects, or violins or drums or anything as far as i know. its a very simple but very catchy song , so i hope someone can help me out here.

Bob Evans - Don't you think it's time?

Don't you think it's time
Time for moving on
Time for growing strong
Time to leave the past behind

Harmonica is played somewhere in the middle
