ok this will be a challenge. but it is a song i heard when i was in highschool 94. i do not know the artists but it sounds like smokey robinson, so its an oldie how old who knows.

its a father talking about his daughter how being 16 and doing things she shoudlnt be , he says something like 16 years ago i held you in my arms and now your having a baby your self.
