These played on the playlist at Abercrombie and Fitch back then, but I don't think many of the people who frequent the stores today were born then, so I put this in the general area...
It's been so long, I can only remember a couple of phrases now...
Both male singers. The first had a lyric that was something along the lines of "and like a (flock of?) seagull(s?) I ran..." I seem to remember him possibly mentioning being on a beach? (Or maybe that's just what I envisioned when I heard the song)...it gave the vibe of someone being alone, or relaxing...how's that for vague?
The second had a low voice, and the chorus (or somewhere near the chorus) said "not enough hours in the day" -- repeated this phrase. (*SOLVED!)
Anyone? PLEASE? I've been trying to remember these songs for nearly 10 years now. :s
