help needed finding the title/singer pls..

hi all.. some time ago ive heard this song.. dont know the singer,dont know the title.. could only catch a couple o phrases. all help efforts are appreciated.. here we go (hope i remember right)

ps: singer is female. and the song is quite cheerful with fast melody,
and in the 2nd part of the song, girl sings in Arabic..
