It was a massive disco hit in the early 90s. I know just a couple of lines, the chorus and the rap line that follows;

I think it's Mark Dee
And the song was named Get a hold of yourself

Just checked out the link you've provided by Mark Dee and Rap is just not happening, in fact it's all instrumental with no voice at all. Mark Dee is missing in the Music download search too. Mmmmh I say lollipop try again for me, may be a different link - you know better.
