Really hype, disco and very 90s

It's by a male singer pop/funky sounding, was a hit in the early 90s. Here is the problem, I just know one line that is repeated throughout the song and it goes;

I've got your other question in my head - the one about keeping the base line..black and white etc. I only remember it because I think its the same one I listened to when I was on holdiay in germany.. I need a clear head for that one... come to think of it, it might be on my "wanted" list too!

Definately not rock, pop maybe and the line " In your eyes" is quite prominent in the song.

Now about my other question "base line..black and white.." it warms my heart to know you heard it too and are trying to remember. I say clear your head, pour some water on it and let's get this done. Just remember this one is hip hop for real. Futumsh rocks.

Peter Gabriel did a song called "In your eyes" YouTube - Peter Gabriel - In Your Eyes on his album "So". That was in the late 80s thou, at least thats when I bought the cassette tape. No mention of the words Kiss me though either. Could it be a cover of this?

And now I have Stephen "Tin Tin" Duffy - Kiss Me clouding my brain. (sorry, I just think that was a cracking song).

Not that one buddy has to be more funky and dance, I'm not sure the name is necessarily "In your eyes" and that "kiss me" could as well be "kiss you".
