Anyone know this song?

Hey there,

I'm new here, and hopfully SOMEONE here can help me.. I have been trying to find out the name of this song forever.. the only thing i have is this video that has the song.. in the description it says the artist is Leon Lai, but i have searched all his songs and i cant find it.. I used to have this song years ago but lost it and i have been trying to find the name of it ever since.. so if anyone could help me I would really really appeciate it.. Here's the link.
