    Please help me, I heard this song in gym class when we were doing our dancing unit. It has something to do with shooting and it starts out "This is a public service annoucement." Im sorry but this is all I remember. Please help.

    No. Thats not it. The song has more to do with shooting today. I think its a newer song. Im really sorry, thats all I know, but its not the one by Jay-Z.
