Looking for twenty years!!

I'm looking for the title and artist of a christmas song that I recorded off the radio about twenty years ago since they didn't identify it at the time. The first verse is as follows;
Hustle bustle
Crowds of people
Bells are ringing
From the steeple
Falls the snow
On the street below
There's a magic glow
On Christmas eve

Since each verse ends with "on Christmas eve", that very well may be the title. However, I still have not been able to find any mention of it. If anyone could help I would be able to die happy Thanks.

Did you find that song yet ? Because I have it on an old cassette tape that I got about 15 years ago as a promotion from Taco Bell ,and have been looking for the artist or the music on CD since then. Let me know or I'll let you know if I find it. MERRY CHRISTMAS !!
