Unknown Song! Help

Hi there,

A friend of mine found this song on an old tape, it was a mixtape somebody made so there's no name on it or anything.

He wanted to know what's the name of this song, or by whom. I volunteered and I wish I didn't, because Im used to just searching the lyrics online to find out the song I want, but this one is VERY VERY DIFFICULT.
