Solved: You wanna/gotta be free

I'm wondering if anybody can help me identify a song, it's been annoying the hell out of me. I have a sneaking suspicion it was released in the 90s, though I couldn't say when. It must have been moderately popular, as I've heard it a few times now, just never had the gumption to ask the DJ the name of it.

It doesn't have much in the way of vocals, it's more a dancy kind of tune. The only vocals I can think of are "you wanna/gotta(?) be free" said in an echoey voice, and "oh yeah" at one point. There's gospel-type singing. There are trumpets, and the tune they play is "dada da da dada", along with some very funky persucussion.

I know it's a pretty rubbish description I've given, but thats about all the identifying feaures I can think of. I've heard it in a couple of clubs now, and it's annoyingly catchy.

Anyway, if somebody can help me with it, it would be much appreciated

Not sure if it helps, but the only thing /I can think of is "Closer to Free" from the Bodeans-it was the theme from Party of Five in the 90's. Good luck!!

I've actually worked it out: the song in question is "Loaded" by Primal Scream.
