    Question Need HELP finding a Christmas song

    I really need help-this song was heard once about 20 years ago and I don't know the name, artist, or specific lyrics. It was about a small town that had a set of church bells that would never ring, no matter how "great" or "rich" the gift. One day a poor (orphan?) boy wanders in and is moved by the baby in the manger scene and lays his old, worn (only) coat either in the manger or on the altar and the bells burst forth in a loud carrilon. Please help me find this as it would mean so much to my sister if I could find it. Thanks in advance.

    It is DEFINATELY NOT the little drummer boy-I love that song too and have about 5 different versions of it. Very similar though, so thanks.
